Mrs. Salman has close to 10 years of experience as an attorney.  She grew up in the Bay Area and comes from a family of business owners which enables her to truly understand her clients’ goals, both legally and on a personal level.

Mrs. Salman has handled cases from simple to extremely complex, high net-worth family estates.  Her clients include young families, professionals, retirees and affluent families.  She is well versed in issues pertaining to estate taxes, capital gains taxes, portability, off-shore planning, charitable planning, special needs planning, corporate formation, and legacy planning.

History

Prior to starting her firm, Mrs. Salman has held positions at both estate planning firms and tax and accounting firms. Her background in Economics, Mathematics, and foundation in taxes and tax law gives her a distinct advantage in estate planning, because so much of estate planning involves tax law and management of finances.  While in law school, Mrs. Salman worked at the San Diego County Treasurer-Tax Collector and externed with Magistrate Judge – the Honorable William McCurine.

Personal

Mrs. Salman lives in Encinitas.  In her free time, she enjoys yoga, hiking, traveling, cooking, reading, and spending time with her husband and son.  Mrs. Salman speaks conversational French and Cambodian, and is an active volunteer of the San Diego Immigration Justice Program.
